Dr. Oz is no hippie quack either. Check out these credentials of his: Professor and Vice Chairman of Surgery at Columbia University in New York City, Director of the Cardiovascular Institute, and Founder and Director for the Complementary Medicine Program at New York Presbyterian Hospital; also a widely published, award-winning author.

Here’s some interesting research by Bruce Lipton, Ph.D. at Stanford University: Stress originates from wrong beliefs we hold about our circumstances and ourselves. These wrong beliefs cause us to misinterpret our circumstances as threatening, which creates internal stress. These beliefs are often unconscious , and are always an interpretation of a destructive internal picture or image. These destructive internal images are what disrupt the vibrational frequencies of the body.

‘Disrupt the vibrational frequencies of the body’: These are key words! Thus gets created ‘dis-ease.’ The Healing Codes work so well for people because they address these unconscious wrong beliefs, through what is now a new set of buzz words in medicine: energy medicine.

Drs. Alex Loyd and Ben Johnson aren’t talking about the regular stress of traffic jams, and worry about the bills coming in today’s mail. Although, those things can be stressful!

The stress that the Healing Codes are so extraordinary at removing is the accumulated, chronic stress that we carry inside…….from the effects of wrong beliefs, a history of traumatic events, and old emotional baggage…..some of it even coming from generations back!

For years I knew that my numerous health challenges were not just in my body - Body, mind and spirit cannot be separated from each other.

But what to do about it? So I tried just about everything I learned about that showed any promise to help me.

Here are some of the diagnoses that I’ve received over the years - not a pretty list: chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), fibromyalgia, arthritis, neuropathy, leaky gut syndrome, adrenal exhaustion, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and the list goes on.

My prayers were answered in 2006 when I heard a teleseminar with Dr. Alex Loyd and Dr. Ben Johnson, and I learned about the Healing Codes. It seemed outrageous to drop more money in this endless pursuit of health! But the 90-day-guarantee clinched it for me - What did I have to lose? And maybe they were right - accumulated stress and memories stored in my cells could very well be the root of my problems. I sure had my share of those, I knew.

I’m so glad I made that decision! I no longer have any of those conditions and I am enjoying life each day. My health, relationships, creative pursuits, and money-making abilities keep getting better and better! This is very good news for one who was on disability for a number of years, very depressed about my condition.

I recently got word that there is another Heart Transformation weekend coming up in Toronto: February 16 and 17, 2008.

If you can get there, DO IT! Take the leap, go for it, be good to yourself, trust that you can have a better life, be healed, etc. etc. etc. Cliches a lot of the time…..But they speak truth on this one, believe me.

What is the Heart Transformation Program?

Well, the recent HTP (Heart Transformation Program) in Toronto turned out to be a great success. Dr. Alex Loyd , founder of the Healing Codes, and his team have done it again. I actually was on the post-weekend conference call with attendees, and heard many expressions of appreciation and gratitude for what people experienced.

I’m especially impressed with the plans for follow-up support after these weekends over time.

Yes, that is exactly what this weekend is about.

The Healing Codes folks have put together a 2-day program in Toronto, Sept. 29 - 30. It’s basically the same program as the former Heart Transformation Weekends (HTW), which I’ve written about on this blog - I’ve been to 2. They’ve made some changes, based on feedback from HTW attenders, so I think the Toronto program will be exceptional. Unfortunately, my schedule doesn’t allow me to be there this time - which is kind of ironic since the Healing Codes have allowed me my busy, fun schedule!

Part of the Heart Transformation Program is learning the Q Codes, an addition to the Healing Codes, which adds power and speed…..I spend lots less time doing my Codes now, and get results lots quicker. The money I paid to go on the HTW has been paid back several times over already - with my health and income improving all the time.

Yikes - It’s been a month since I’ve written a post here - sorry all. Lots of good livin’ is all I can say. Working a job I love, playing the music I love, summertime summertime!

It’s been over a year that I’ve been using the Healing Codes and Success Codes, and 9 months using the Q Codes - took awhile to notice any changes, my stuff is so chronic. But, now that the changes are significant enough to start noticing on a conscious and physical level, it just keeps getting better and better, beyond all my hopes even. Thank you God, thank you Dr. Alex Loyd and Dr. Ben Johnson!

That’s what I wondered too when I heard about them…….

But already I was so impressed with the Healing Codes and the integrity of founder, Dr. Alex Loyd and his partner, Dr. Ben Johnson, I had to check these new Codes out. The 90-day-guarantee clinched it……..what did I have to lose, and certainly I had lots to gain if the Success Codes worked for me.

I’ve met her and we’ve chatted. What a lovely, vibrant lady!

I’m talking about Dr. Alex Loyd’s wife. Why do I mention her? She was the original inspiration for the Healing Codes. Dr. Loyd had been praying for her daily for 12 years, as well as studying different healing modalities, to find a cure for her clinical depression. They tried numerous things to help her and nothing brought any lasting healing. Until the Healing Codes came to Dr. Loyd in a time of prayer.

….instead of breast cancer!

Of course, if a person has breast cancer, that’s where the focus has to be. I’m talking about focusing on all the things we can do to keep our breasts healthy, so we don’t ever have to go down that scary c-word road.

Most of us , at some time, have on our minds, breast ‘issues’ such as health, mammograms, breast cancer, contributing factors to health and disease, etc. Some of the stories out there related to breasts are pretty alarming.

This is worth checking out on this topic: There was an educational teleconference on Thursday, May 31st, sponsored by the Healing Codes organization. The main speaker was Dr. Ben Johnson, MD, DO, NMD, who you may recognize as the only medical doctor in the movie, ‘The Secret.’ One of his fields of expertise is breast health and he is currently finishing a book on the same subject.

So many women and now men are in fear with regard to breast concerns - This teleconference could give a greater understanding and peace of mind. Breast cancer is not inevitable and our breasts are not ‘ticking time bombs.’ This teleconference sets the record straight on this.

Very good question.

Yes, they are there. And for some of us, all the good things we do to recover our health, are still not enough to counteract the stress of carrying that unconscious stuff around all the time. The body can’t do its regenerating job adequately, when it has to also deal with chronic stress.

We’re not talking about the stress of unpaid bills or traffic jams……..although those are stressful and definitely affect us, depending on how we handle them.

We’re talking about those memories and unhealthy beliefs that have been passed down to us over the years, even from prior generations! Powerful stuff.

The amazing, really cool thing about the Healing Codes is that you don’t have to know what those unconscious memories are. For someone like me who has traveled down numerous roads to recover health, this is good news indeed - I’m weary of trying to figure it all out.

And then there’s ‘doing the Codes’ for someone else. Dr. Alex Loyd (founder of the Healing Codes) and Dr. Ben Johnson (Dr. Loyd’s partner, as well as the only MD in the movie, The Secret) are big on including others in your Codes session, since it’s all about quantum physics - when you’re talking about energy, we’re really all connected.

Last fall, when I heard about the Q Codes and the first Heart Transformation Weekend in Nashville, right away I really wanted to go. Dr. Alex Loyd and Dr. Ben Johnson’s integrity were of the highest order and their heart to help people with the Healing Codes was for real - I already knew that.

But, what about all that $$$ ?!

So I prayed….for guidance, a sign, clarity.

Within 24 hours, I’m listening to a new CD by one of my fave bluegrass musicians, Claire Lynch. I hear these words:

- I’m earning more $$. Work opportunities have increased.

- My health continues to improve, so I’m spending less on appointments and expensive supplements.

- Creative opportunities are coming my way, so I’m happier, more energetic, and motivated. Prosperity can only follow.

- Fears, financial and otherwise, are falling away. Blocks to my success, financial and otherwise, are being removed.

That was one powerfully answered prayer. And having the Q Codes for the rest of my life - What price tag should that have, really ?

What do you do if you just can’t focus your mind on what you want or eliminate negative, doubting thoughts? The negative self-talk keeps yacking away inside your head, despite your best efforts to be positive.

And now there’s the anxiety and worry because you’ve learned from ‘The Secret’ that your negative thoughts are creating and attracting more negative outcomes!

Some of us have such ingrained, unconscious, self-sabotaging patterns that no amount of positive affirmations can do the trick. “….You are anything less than beautiful? How can anyone ever tell you, you are less than whole?”: A fave song of mine (written by Libby Roderick), that we sang at the Orlando Heart Transformation Weekend in February.

Dr. Alex Loyd leads a Sunday morning service (completely optional) before the day’s workshop begins. A time not to miss, in my opinion, even if you aren’t of his faith. More insights into the spiritual issues of the heart. Add heart-felt prayer and music, and, for this church-going blogger, it’s a service that stands up easily to any of the best church services I’ve been to.

I’m probably biased here - I got to play my mandolin and join Rob in some gospel tune harmonies. Rob Charles is the workshop video producer, turned masterful guitarist on Sunday morning.

My favorite music, with some of my favorite people, working together with the most powerful healing modality out there - it doesn’t get much better than that for me.

I’m getting excited for the Orlando Heart Transformation Weekend coming up in less than 2 weeks. It’ll certainly be different for me from the Nashville weekend in November, since I’ll be a volunteer this time. But I just realized that some of my lingering ‘heart issues’ will go through more healing by just being part of the weekend, however that is. The energy of the whole group doing this work together of course greatly magnifies the power. There’s lots of love and positive, healing energy in that conference room!

I’m also really looking forward to the rare privilege of being at a seminar with Dr. Alex Loyd and Dr. Ben Johnson - truly gifted healers, with a far-reaching vision for a better world.

Here’s the story of how I heard about the Healing Codes last March. I got an e-mail from a list I’m on about a revolutionary new healing system. Being stubbornly determined to keep an open mind about how to proceed on my healing journey, I got on the info teleseminar call. The call schedule was tricky since it conflicted with my son’s basketball game, which I really did not want to miss.

So there I sat in the bleachers, cell phone ear-piece attached, listening to the call, while watching the game. My husband kindly agreed not to talk to me and also field any people coming my way to talk. An old friend appeared at my side, and was quite taken aback by the extreme I was taking my multi-tasking to!

Well, suffice it to say, that was a fateful day. My searching is over - I have found the pearl of healing modalities, and I feel that I am being transformed into the person I was always meant to be.
